We meet at the property, walk the space, and take the time to understand what you want to build. We ask the questions that matter for scope, timeline, and budget, and follow up with a free written estimate.

Design & Selections
Plans and finishes come together at our Torrance design center. Cabinetry, stone, tile, flooring, and fixtures are selected in one place, with the team that will install them.

Permits & Construction
We handle every city permit and HOA submission, then move into construction with hands-on project management and weekly progress check-ins from start to finish.

Walk-Through & Handover
Before final payment, we walk the finished project with you and work through the punch list together. You move back in knowing every detail was handled by the same company that started the job.

No. Deco is one company for the whole project. Our in-house team handles the architectural planning, the design, and the construction, so you are not hiring and managing an architect, a designer, and a builder separately.
Yes. We handle the full permit process. Building rules differ from city to city across the South Bay and Los Angeles, and we manage the paperwork and city approvals for your project.
We serve the South Bay and the greater Los Angeles area, with most of our work in Torrance, San Pedro, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and the beach cities. Between the founders, our team brings more than 25 years of combined construction experience.

California law sets the rules here, and we follow them. The most we can ask for as a deposit is $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. After that, payments are tied to project milestones, and we never collect for a phase before the work is done or the materials are on site. You see the full schedule in your contract before you sign.
Yes. Deco warranties materials and labor for 12 months after the work is complete. If something we installed fails in that time because of our workmanship or the materials, we make it right.
